BEZALEL’s Latitude case for the iPhone is designed to work seamlessly with the in-car wireless charging system in your Cadillac vehicle. Models equipped with wireless charging include the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018:
- Cadillac Escalade
- Cadillac ATS
- Cadillac CTS
- Cadillac CT6
- Cadillac ELR
- Cadillac XTS
- Cadillac XT5
The charging pad in these vehicles includes only one transmitter, the charging spot. To power up, place your Latitude encased iPhone precisely on the charging spot.
*While the Latitude works seamlessly with the Qi/PMA transmitter, current wireless charging pads in all car models are too small to accommodate the iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6 Plus, and iPhone 6s Plus (or any similarly large handset). This issue does not affect users with smaller handsets like the iPhone 7, 6 and 6s.
Here's how it works:
For 2015 Cadillac Escalade the wireless charging pad is located in the center console. Place your iPhone 7/6/6s on the pad with the top of the handset toward the back of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the charging pad in these vehicles is too small to accommodate the larger iPhone 7 Plus/6 Plus/6s Plus handsets.
For 2016/2017/2018 Cadillac Escalade the wireless charging pad is located in the center console. Place your iPhone 7/6/6s on the pad with the top of the handset toward the back of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the charging pad in these vehicles is too small to accommodate the larger iPhones: iPhone 7 Plus/6 Plus/6s Plus handsets.
For 2015/2016/2017/2018 Cadillac ATS/CTS/XTS/ELR the wireless charging pad is located behind the front radio control panel. Place your iPhone 7/6/6s on the far right side of the charging pad with the top of the handset toward the driver's side. Unfortunately, the charging pad in these vehicles is too small to accommodate the larger iPhones: iPhone 7 Plus/6 Plus/6s Plus (see next image).
For 2015/2016/2017/2018 Cadillac ATS/CTS/XTS/ELR the wireless charging pad is located behind the front radio control panel. First, remove the rubber liner, then place your iPhone 7 Plus/6 Plus/6s Plus with the top of the handset toward the driver's side. The larger iPhones, iPhone 7 Plus/6 Plus/6s Plus, can work only after the rubber liner is removed.
For 2017/2018 Cadillac CT6 the wireless charging pad is located in the built-in pocket of the center console. Insert your iPhone 7/6/6s into the pocket while it's facing up with the top of the handset toward the back of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the charging pad in the CT6 is too small to accommodate the larger iPhones: iPhone 7 Plus/6 Plus/6s Plus.
For 2017/2018 Cadillac XT5 the wireless charging pad is located in the built-in pocket of the center console. Insert your iPhone 7/6/6s into the pocket while it's facing up with the top of the handset toward the back of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the charging pad in the XT5 is too small to accommodate the larger iPhones: iPhone 7 Plus/6 Plus/6s Plus.
