When Futura X charges on/off, it is usually due to an insufficient power supply or there are metal or magnetic attachments attached to the back of your phone or case. Any metals or magnets will prohibit your mobile device from wirelessly charging.

The strobing LEDs on the Futura X have been dimmed down, so you will most likely not see any LED indicator when Futura X is on.

The Futura X has a 15W wireless charging capability, which allows you to charge phones that are fast wireless charging compatible and charge them at a much faster speed than the standard 5W wireless charger. Note: Fast charge power adapter is required for fast wireless charging, e.g. QC 2.0/3.0 9V/1.67A, 9V/2A, 12V/2.1A power adapter. For best product performance, use BEZALEL 18W Power Adapter.

Yes. You can still use a case on your phone to wirelessly charge. However, please keep in mind:

• It is recommended your case NOT be thicker than 5mm. This will either slowdown the wireless charging process or not charge at all.
• Avoid any case with metals, magnets, pop sockets or cases with wallets/CC holders on the back of the case. Using a case with metal or magnet (similar to small squares used for magnetic car mounts) will interfere with the wireless charging process and block the charger from charging.

No. It is completely normal for your phone to feel a bit warm to the touch after/during charging, there is nothing to worry about.
