An exciting time for the future of electric cars
In the coming years, auto shows and motor enthusiasts will be busy showcasing the latest in electric vehicles. Business Insider predicts that at least 20 new e-cars are coming out in the next 7 years by Volkswagen, Nissan, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Chevy, Audi, BMW, Volvo, Subaru, and GM. Many have already brought forth new models of electric vehicles, (and wireless charging being integrated into the design and construction of the cars is now becoming a thing of the past.)
Wireless charging in Hyundai and Porsche
Two worth mentioning are Porsche and Hyundai. Both have wireless charging placed charmingly into the models.
Porsche will come out with its first pure electric vehicle in 2019. The Cross Turismo, another kind of Porsche's Mission E concept (2015), is a vision of what we imagine in the finest of futuristic cars. The wireless charging pads are built into the rear, catering to passengers who can just step in the backseat and begin charging their own smartphones.

Hyundai's newest e-car, which have already gained a great deal of attention in Europe and have tens of thousands of pre-orders lined up, is the Kona Electric. The Kona is reported to be released mid 2018 in South Korea and Europe.
With Hyundai’s reputation for reliability, style, cost and satisfying trim packages, the Kona is an electric SUV for the single adventurer or the multi-tasking family guy. Pumping up to 292 miles on a single full charge, it's not far from the 310 miles the Cross Turismo gets on a full charge.

Solution for wireless charging in Tesla's Model 3
Tesla's Model 3 didn't come with a built-in smartphone wireless charging feature, so Tesla provided a solution, the Tesla Wireless Pad. For those with the Model 3 and wanting to charge their smartphones without the hassle of cables and cords, there is an answer. This is particularly understandable due to the car's minimalist and ultra modern style. The Tesla Wireless Pad is meant to easily install and flawlessly blend in with the Model 3.
Remember, if you have an iPhone 6 or iPhone 7 and want to take advantage of this feature but can't because iPhone 6 and 7 don't have wireless charging capability, you can get the Latitude case to resolve that problem. The Latitude will enable your iPhone 6 or 7 wireless charging on the wireless charging pads in motor vehicles today.
