Shipping Orders

Items ship via United Parcel Service (USPS) within 1-2 business days of when the order is received and payment is processed, unless noted otherwise. If there is a delay, you will be notified at the time the order is placed or via email. 
A note about “Preordered” purchases: Preordered items ship at an estimated predetermined future date. Orders for multiple products may be delivered via separate shipments.

Typical Shipping Times

Continental USA Shipping Addresses:
2–4 business days

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Shipping Addresses:
Add an additional 10 calendar days

APO (Army Post Office) Addresses:
Add an additional 20 calendar days

International Orders:
Orders sent to addresses outside the United States may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The shipping provider may also impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. As a general rule, standard shipping takes 6–10 business days for delivery to Canada, Australia and Europe. Delivery to other international destinations generally takes 6–12 business days via express mail.

Delivery Addresses

A complete and accurate delivery address is essential. We are unable to revise the shipping address once your order has been prepared for shipment. If a package is returned to BEZALEL due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer immediately for a correction.
