Interview with Celine Linarte

“Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.”

Harriet Tubman

The dreamers of the world have the ability to become movers and shakers of the future. A prime example of that is Celine Linarte. Celine started out as a blogger, showing off her beautiful aesthetics and electric choices of food and travel. Now she’s running her own agency and about to open her own restaurant. Here are her own words on what she’s up to and some advice on how to turn dreams into a reality.

1) iPhone or Android?

iPhone

2) Where is the coolest place you’ve traveled?

Dubai- I love how futuristic it is with their man-made island and other crazy features!

3) What’s your favorite food?

Japanese anything, but especially shabu, udon, Kobe beef, and sushi. I love how cultural and intricate their dishes are.

4) If a kid walked up to asking for your advice and you only had a few minutes to give ‘em your best tip, what would it be?

Don’t look back, put your best foot forward. No matter what happens in life, you have to take it with a grain and salt and learn from it.

5) Can you tell our readers about yourself and your blog?

I was born and raised in SoCal, and am a total LA girl at heart. I started my blog to share the food I ate, and it eventually evolved to a more fashion/ travel/ lifestyle page.

6) How would you describe your blogging style??

Colorful! I love color and am all over the place- I’m always exploring and finding new experiences!

7) How do you want to improve yourself in the next year?

I’ve been working full time as I co-started my own marketing agency, so I’ve been focusing on growing that as well as a couple of my other projects I’m working on. I’m also trying to be a lot more healthy and fit, so lots of activities and exercise!

8) Where would you like to be blogging five years from now?

I’m focusing more on my agency than anything, but blogging is and always will be a fun hobby for me! Not sure where I see it in 5 years, but would love to have more travel experiences!

9) Can you name some of your favorite bloggers and explain why they are your favourites?

@thismintymoment for the minimal lines and architecture (something I can never do but I love looking at his feed.)

10) What are you currently working on? Any cool new projects?

Working on a new restaurant opening in Highland Park in April, as well as running a couple accounts for the agency!

11) Where can people find you (Website, Social Media Links, Etc.)?

instagram.com/celinelinarte; celinelinarte.com
