Limited One Year Warranty

BEZALEL warrants, for one year, this product shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship. BEZALEL will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge (not including shipping-related costs). BEZALEL reserves the right to discontinue any of its products without notice, and disclaims any limited warranty to repair or replace any such discontinued products. In the event that BEZALEL is unable to repair or replace a product (for example, because it has been discontinued), BEZALEL will offer either a refund or a credit toward the purchase of another product from BEZALEL in an amount equal to the purchase price of the product (as evidenced on the original purchase receipt, and discounted by its normal use). This warranty excludes damages resulting from normal wear and tear, loss or theft.

Warranty is not automatically renewed after a replacement or repair service has been issued.

For warranty service contact support@bezalel.co within 15 days of the occurrence. You will be required to provide information regarding where and when you purchased the product, along with a copy of the original receipt.

BEZALEL reserves the right to review the damaged product. All costs associated with shipping the product to BEZALEL for inspection will be borne solely by the purchaser.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BEZALEL BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST BUSINESS OR PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OR USE OF ANY BEZALEL PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The benefits provided to the consumer by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available under applicable laws, which may vary by state and country.

What’s BEZALEL's Return Policy?

BEZALEL WANTS YOU TO BE THRILLED WITH YOUR NEW PURCHASE, AND WE'RE PROUD TO STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCTS. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM, WE'RE HERE TO HELP.

There are few important things to keep in mind when you return a product:

  • You have the option of receiving a refund or replacing the item(s) within 30 days of your purchasing date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • In the case of refund, if the returned items are not defective, a minimum of 10% restocking fee will be applied.
  • BEZALEL does not have an upgrade policy and cannot exchange for another product.
  • Limited warranty is not automatically renewed or extended after a replacement or repair service has been issued.
  • Refunds on the returned items will be issued in the matching payment method as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from BEZALEL, either through the BEZALEL Website or BEZALEL Amazon Online Store, can be returned to BEZALEL. BEZALEL products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Returned items must be repackaged with all original cords, adapters and documentation. If conditions are not met, BEZALEL reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge an additional restocking fee.

What are the steps involved?

Processing a return is simple and hassle-free.

STEP 1: Write to us at support@bezalel.co with a brief description of the issue.
STEP 2: Wait for our response. We typically reply within 24 hours (a bit longer on weekends and holidays). We’ll provide specific return instructions with our response.

How long will it take for me to get a refund?

Once we receive your return, we will process your request within seven (7) business days. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your refund has been applied to your original form of payment. The refund may take several days to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs.
